Technology and society share a complex relationship. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have enhanced it further by learning patterns, using data and making predictions about human behaviour.

The objective of this organization is to study this relationship, and design pragmatic frameworks that can enable technical growth using machine learning while ensuring responsibility towards the society.

The organization started with a graduate class created by Rakshit Agrawal for the University of California, Santa Cruz in Spring 2019, and has further organized events at the IEEE Global Humanitarian Technology Conferences.
